Customers can only place a refund 30 days before start date of any projects if unforeseen circumstances arise. If items for the project has not yet been purchased, you may receive a full refund on price of item(s); If not you can only receive partial refund in regards to what’s already spent towards your project and a cancellation fee of 5% from your initial deposit.

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
